Here’s a little glimpse about my journey

I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and hold a master’s degree in counselling psychology from the University of Ottawa. For the past two years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients through challenges such as ADHD, ASD, disordered eating, relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. As a bilingual therapist, I provide services in both English and French, offering clients the opportunity to express themselves in the language they feel most comfortable. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel understood, respected, and empowered in their inner journey.

Here’s a little glimpse of what I love to do in my free time!

I grew up in Northern Ontario, where my love for the outdoors first began. Staying active has always been an important part of my life—whether it’s running marathons, training for triathlons, or enjoying a friendly team sport. I also share many outdoor adventures with my dog, who is often by my side on hikes and trail explorations. Outside of races and structured activities, I value the simple joys of movement, fresh air, and everyday adventures. This energy and curiosity for life are qualities I also bring into my work, helping me connect with others in a genuine and grounded way.
